Hello friends! Don’t forget… on Thursday November 21st at 6pm, we will be hosting the final Thursdays in the Kitchen class of 2013, our “Elegant New Year’s Eve” celebration. This class will be team taught by Jonathan Duffy Davis and Jonathan Dye and will serve a dual purpose: to explore a wonderful menu of elevated cuisine, perfect for end of the year parties AND to celebrate the success of the Thursdays in the Kitchen series, all while enjoying a fabulous evening!
The menu for this class (drum roll, please!) is as follows:
Chipotle Rosemary Nuts and Buckwheat Blinis with Gravlax, Savory Gougeres, Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream, Sweet Gougeres, Flambé fruit & Homemade Ice Cream + Several Surprises!
So, please consider signing up for this week’s celebration-style class. We would love to kick off the holiday season and wrap up the 2013 run of these classes with all of you!
Class beings at 6pm and will be held outside at the Fullerton Arboretum; but don’t worry, we’ll have outdoor heaters on hand to keep everyone cozy! Register here and tell your friends!
